This page has all of the answers to your questions about the EVGA Loaner Program. Below are the full Terms & Conditions in detail for the program as well as common questions about the program. FAQ

  • Q. How do I know what region I am in, or where I will be shipping?
    • A. Region 1: CA, NV, UT, AZ. Region 2: WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, ND, SD. Region 3: CO, NM, NE, KS, OK, TX. Region 4: MN, IA, MO, WI, IL. Region 5: AR, LA, TN, MS, AL, NC, SC, GA, FL. Region 6: MI, IN, KY, OH, WV, VA, MD, DE. Region 7: NY, PA, NJ, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, ME. Region 8: Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon, NW Territories. Region 9: Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nunavut. Region 10: Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island.
  • Q. Is there discounted shipping?
    • A. There is not any discounted shipping, but you can use UPS ground - there is no need to pay for rush shipping.
  • Q. Can I use FedEx, USPS or other carriers?
    • A. No. In order to maintain a standard and to keep track of signatures and shipping, we decided UPS was a mandatory carrier for the ELP program. You must also make sure a signature is required for your package or you will be held responsible.
  • Q. Do I have to purchase insurance for my shipment?
    • A. You are responsible for the shipment until it is signed for by the next participant. It is up to you if you want to cover your liability, as with any insurance.
  • Q. What happens when I receive a damaged product?
    • A. You must check in the product within 24 hours of receipt (verified by your signature on the UPS shipment). If you do not, you will be held responsible for the damage. In the event of any disputes, we will take these on a case by case basis.
  • Q. Are APO's or other military addresses eligible?
    • A. At this time this is not possible.
  • Q. What happens if there isn't anyone else left, does it cycle through the same people again?
    • A. If there is no one left to choose in the region before a program is ended, the item will return to EVGA. We do not foresee this happening due to the high demand of participants.
  • Q. Do you require my credit card number to participate?
    • A. No, but you will be responsible for EVGA property while you have it in your possession and you will be billed and obligated to pay for the product should it be kept longer than the 14 day review, or if product is damaged while in your possession.
