Production Packing Crew

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsibilities include packing bulk merchandise correctly and preparing them for shipment using various production equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Prepare product manual sets, posters and cables for packing
  • Open product boxes and place product content carefully on working table
  • Ensure to attach sticker on the specific spot of the product in a correct order
  • Collect products, place on a tray and carry to the cart in packing area
  • Place products in clamshell or foam with manual set, poster and cables; put everything into color box, seal with sticker
  • Carry the products with color box to boxing area
  • Use tape gun to label shipping box, shrink-wrap the product and finally move finished product to warehouse
  • Clean up packing area by end of shift including collecting trash boxes

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • General warehouse experience
  • Knowledge of how to effectively pack boxes is a plus
  • Prior experience with pallet jacks or other related warehouse or production equipment is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Purchasing Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:

The Purchasing Assistant will assist, among other administrative duties, with creating purchase orders, spreadsheets, entering and updating data in the company's automated purchasing system.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Create P.O.'s
  • Negotiate blanket purchase orders when appropriate and monitors cost
  • Create Advance Ship Notice (ASN) in admin system
  • Create spreadsheets to track orders
  • Converse with counterpart in Taiwan
  • Compile applicable purchasing documents and post/entry data in system
  • Prepare monthly supplies order
  • Other applicable duties as required

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • BA/BS Degree in Business

RMA Inventory Control Vendor Return

JOB SUMMARY:

This role supports the inventory and compliance areas in the warehouse. Responsibilities include the accuracy of the inventory counts, balances and ensures that the tracking systems are updated daily with the appropriate data and perform the required tasks involved in receiving, storing, and distributing parts.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

ENTRY LEVEL (I):

  • Inspect, scan and sort products by type, condition, and quantity and organize
  • products in holding areas
  • Receive and count stock items and put away products in racks
  • Perform stock checks of requested RMA replacement for customer service
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping racks, pallet areas, and warehouse walkways clear
  • Sorting product by quality/ tested result/MFG
  • Flexible and open to working in other departments of the warehouse as needed and as requested by direct supervisor
  • Must work well with others and ability to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedures and techniques.
  • Frequent contact with supervisor via face-to- face discussions
  • Performing monthly spot counts on physical inventory

Sales Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:

This position provides assistance to the Sales team in both account management and administrative support. The Sales Assistant will assist the account manager with taking care of the customer and helping drive sales and growth. Will act as a key liaison between the Sales function and other departments within the organization in managing the administrative process to ensure that strict adherence regarding the requirements of EVGA and for each account.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Coordinate all customer shipments with Sales, Production and Purchasing for incoming orders.
  • Understand and comply with company shipping/receiving guidelines.
  • Ensure all shipments are processed expeditiously including claims processing, delivery schedule and confirmation of shipment received.
  • Verification of shipping quotes for FTL (full truck load) and LTL(less than full truck load).
  • Follow up on all orders, billing issues, and other inquiries.
  • Understand and explain promotional offers and resolve promotional allowance, mail-in rebate, process credit memos, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details for regular and special prices.
  • Maintain database; perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
  • Forward samples by entering request; arranging shipment; notifying customer.
  • Complete quarterly sales meeting data, templates, and presentations.
  • Coordinate any new programming with Information Technology team; such as EDI.
  • Able to converse in detail regarding customer accounts and assist with customer inquiries in account manager's absence (e-tail, retail, distributor).
  • Submit SKU set-up information when new EVGA products are added on customer's website; update the customer's website to ensure the specifications for the applicable EVGA product are accurate (pricing, product, detail pages, etc.).
  • Accompany account manager, at their discretion, to customer sites and trade shows.
  • Essential to learn and understand the requirements/needs of each customer (i.e., PO processing, logistics, margins, etc.).
  • Work with account manager(s) to help boost sales and performance for customers.
  • Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Other administrative duties as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 year Associate Degree
  • 2-3 years previous experience in shipping/receiving and sales support
  • 1-2 years previous experience in customer service
  • Microsoft Office skills specifically basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel
