JOB SUMMARY:

Assist customers with technical support and customer service issues via phone, email, and chat.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Assist customers via phone, email and the EVGA forums by troubleshooting hardware and customer service issues, while maintaining an 8 minute average call time.
  • Create tickets on customer's account to track issues in the ticketing system.
  • Assist customers by submitting RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests.
  • Take escalated calls from other CSRs.
  • Complete special tasks in a timely manner as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school degree or GED
  • Prior customer service experience

Operations Support (in Sales)

JOB SUMMARY:

This position provides administrative support to the entire Sales team. The role will assist with driving consistency and quality on the team as well as act as a key liaison between the Sales function and other departments within the organization in managing the process to ensure that the shipment of customer orders are accurate. In addition, provide data entry/management support for the Sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Coordinate all customer shipments with Sales, Production and Purchasing for incoming orders.
  • Understand and comply with company shipping/receiving guidelines.
  • Ensure all shipments are processed expeditiously including claims processing, delivery schedule and confirmation of shipment received.
  • Verification of shipping quotes for FTL (full truck load) and LTL(less than full truck load).
  • Follow up on all orders, billing issues, and other inquiries.
  • Explain promotional offers and resolve promotional allowance, mail-in rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details for regular and special prices.
  • Maintain database; perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
  • Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Forward samples by entering request; arranging shipment; notifying customer.
  • Complete quarterly sales meeting data, templates, and presentations.
  • Coordinate any new programming with Information Technology team.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 year Associate Degree
  • 2-3 years previous experience in shipping/receiving and sales support
  • 1-2 years previous experience in customer service
  • Microsoft Office skills specifically basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel

Production Packing Crew

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsibilities include packing bulk merchandise correctly and preparing them for shipment using various production equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Prepare product manual sets, posters and cables for packing
  • Open product boxes and place product content carefully on working table
  • Ensure to attach sticker on the specific spot of the product in a correct order
  • Collect products, place on a tray and carry to the cart in packing area
  • Place products in clamshell or foam with manual set, poster and cables; put everything into color box, seal with sticker
  • Carry the products with color box to boxing area
  • Use tape gun to label shipping box, shrink-wrap the product and finally move finished product to warehouse
  • Clean up packing area by end of shift including collecting trash boxes

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or G.E.D.
  • General warehouse experience
  • Knowledge of how to effectively pack boxes is a plus
  • Prior experience with pallet jacks or other related warehouse or production equipment is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Self-starter
  • Capable of keeping up in fast paced environment
  • Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Purchasing Manager, the Purchasing Assistant will assist with creating purchase orders, spreadsheets and entering and updating data in the company's automated purchasing system.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Create P.O.'s
  • Accessory report, assist in placing accessory orders
  • Negotiate blanket purchase orders when appropriate and monitors cost during the time period
  • Create Advance Ship Notice (ASN) in admin system
  • Create spreadsheets to track orders
  • Converse with counterpart in Taiwan
  • Compile applicable purchasing documents and post/entry data in system
  • Prepare monthly supplies order

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • BA degree in major of Business

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining web-based e-commerce application systems. Troubleshoots and solves software issues. Researches technical problems and suggests improvements for web applications. Analyzes and integrates new web products/technologies with existing web applications to improve usability and application functionality. Possesses knowledge of the following web developing languages, HTML, SQL, C#, ASP.Net, AJAX, and JavaScript.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
  • Create application layout/user interface by using standard development practices
  • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
  • Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
  • Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling EVGA application environment
  • Communicate and coordinate with the various departments on improvements and feature requests to existing applications
  • Resolve application errors in an efficient and timely manner
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
  • Working with third party API integration

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • An understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
  • Good knowledge of SQL database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
