How and when can I return a product that I purchased from

EVGA offers customers the ability to request a refund for products purchased from if the refund is requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.To start the return, please visit the website, login to your account, and register the product you wish to return.

Next, visit the RMA request page and select the registered product that you wish to return and click Continue.

For a refund request, you must select your RMA Type as a Standard RMA, then click Submit.

Confirm your address, select a Reason for RMA, and leave a short explanation for your return.  Make sure to select "Refund" as your Request.  If you do not have the option to select Refund, please make sure your product qualifies for a refund and, if so, contact EVGA Customer Service.

Fill out or complete the remaining questions, agree to the warranty terms and conditions, and submit your RMA Information.

Once submitted, you'll receive an RMA ID, which is a temporary number while your RMA waits for approval. Please note that this is an automated message, and that you will not need to upload a copy of your invoice for your RMA to be approved. You should receive an email explaining Step 1 of the return process.

Once your refund request is approved, you'll receive an email explaining Step 2 of the return process. You will also notice an update to your My Open RMAs page.  You must now ship your product and have it received by EVGA within 15 days of the approval.

Once EVGA receives the product, the refund will begin processing. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to finish processing.

  • If you wish to request a refund for multiple products, you must submit a separate request for each product.
  • If you purchased an bundle or EVGA DIY, all products must be returned to receive a refund.
    • Example 1 - You purchase an EVGA power supply and graphics card in the same order, but later determine that you do not want the power supply.  In this case, you will only need to register and setup a refund request for the power supply.
    • Example 2 - You purchase an EVGA power supply and graphics card as part of an EVGA Featured Bundle or a complete system via the EVGA DIY Configurator. In this case, you would need to register each product that was part of the bundle or DIY kit and setup a refund request for each product.
    • Example 3 - You purchase an bundle and also a separate product, such as an EVGA keyboard, which you later decide that you don't need. In this case, because the keyboard is not part of a bundle, you only need to register and request a refund for the keyboard.
  • Please note that all opened products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
