Problem: After installing the Windows 7 upgrade my UV+ does not work.

Problem 2: After installing Windows 7 my original UV+ software does not install.

Solutions: Windows 7 Requires a different driver for UV+. Please make sure you have removed the old UV+ software from "Add / Remove Programs" and have installed the latest drivers from our download section (https://www.evga.com/support/drivers/)

Please note, there are TWO programs that get installed with the UV+. "DisplayLink Core Software" and "DisplayLink Graphics". Both will need to be removed before loading the Windows 7 drivers.

Using Add / Remove Programs:
To uninstall the software please go to the control panel then goto programs and features, then to add / remove programs. You could also type "Appwiz.cpl" into the run command.
