How to request a RMA

Standard RMA

  • EVGA account membership and registration is required. Click here to create an EVGA account and here to register your product.
  • Click here to request standard warranty services, select your product from the drop down menu and click continue. 
  • Select the Standard RMA from the drop down and click Submit.
  • Complete the RMA form, agree to the warranty terms and conditions, and click on Submit RMA Information.
  • Allow up to 1-2 days for approval, once approve you will receive further instructions to complete the RMA process. 

 

After approval, you will be responsible for shipping the product to EVGA, following our shipping guidelines.

Upon receipt of your product, without damage, EVGA will ship via ground shipping to you within 1-3 business days. You may pay for expedited shipping at the time of the RMA request, but the 1-3 business day processing time is in addition to shipping.

 

 

Standard Cross-Ship RMA

  • EVGA account membership and registration is required. Click here to create an EVGA account and here to register your product.
  • Once your product is registered you will need to submit a support ticket by clicking here requesting warranty services for the Standard Cross Ship RMA option. 
  • Once you have received a support ticket number you can click here to request warranty services, select your product from the drop down menu and click continue.
  • Select the Cross Ship RMA from the drop down and click Submit.
  • Complete the RMA form with your ticket number, agree to the warranty terms and conditions, and click on Submit RMA Information.
  • Allow up to 1-2 days for approval, once approve you will receive further instructions to complete the RMA process. 

 

After an RMA request is approved, you will be required to pay for the full replacement collateral price of your product. Cost of collateral is determined by EVGA.

EVGA will ship via ground shipping to you within 1-3 business days.

You will then be responsible for shipping your defective product back to EVGA, following our shipping guidelines.

 

Upon receipt of your product, without damage, EVGA will refund the collateral paid in full. Your original product MUST be returned to EVGA within 14 days to receive your collateral returned.

The complete refund process may take 7-14 business days.
