The best program for testing your memory would be Memtest86+, is available from www.memtest.org via their download page - https://www.memtest.org/#downiso. The .iso file will need to be burned to a bootable CD or use the Auto-installer for USB Key with a USB drive to make a bootable USB (Warning! You will lose any data on the USB drive doing this), then boot from the CD/USB drive.

The test will automatically start when you reboot with the CD or USB drive connected. If not, you may need to change your boot order in the BIOS or try pressing the appropriate Boot Order menu key for your motherboard while booting up to change the boot order to the appropriate drive. Please check your motherboard manual to determine which key is assigned to the Boot Order menu.
