Nvidia does occasionally drop support for older series of graphics cards when a new series comes out. As of 9/19/14, if you have:

- A 7000 series up to a 200 series, the last official WHQL driver is 340.52.

- A 6000 series or older, the last official WHQL driver released for these cards was version 307.74.
