Software installation for the UV39+ is a little different than most USB devices. To properly install the software and drivers follow these instructions:

1.  DO NOT connect the UV39+ to the comptuer.

2. Download the latest software from the EVGA Download Center: www.evga.com/support/download/default.aspx. Under "Other Products", chose "UV+", "All", and "All" to pull up a list of the latest drivers.

3. Run Setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the software. Once the software installation is finishes, the window will close with no further prompt.

4. Now connect the UV39+ to the comptuer. A message should pop up about the drivers installing. The screen may flash black for a moment then come back up. This is normal. If your second monitor does not initialize, reboot the computer and both displays should come up upon restart.
