TITAN is the first NVIDIA card to ship with a full UEFI BIOS. If you have no video at POST, this could be due to a BIOS issue.

It is extremely important that you make sure you have the latest BIOS for your motherboard before installing the card. If you have no video or no POST with the Titan then this would be the first thing you would want to check as a possible solution.
