FAQ

When using my EVGA Zero client, my sessions are dropped or disconnected.

Last Update: 2011/06/06

A couple of things to take a look at:

1. There are no devices with identical MAC addresses on the network.

2. Static IP addresses are not used in a DHCP network, since static IP addresses may be identical to some of the IP addresses assigned by the DHCP server. If you must use static addresses for your PCoIP devices, be sure these addresses are different from those that can be assigned by the DHCP server.

3. There are no devices with identical IP addresses on the network. Be sure the network is up and stable.

4. Network cables are firmly connected to portals, hosts, and network equipment.

5. The OSD’s Connection Management option is not selected when you are not using it.

6. Adequate network bandwidth is available.
