When connecting to a VMware View 4.x desktop from a PCoIP Zero Client, there are multiple options for the session network traffic encryption including 128-bit AES and 256-bit SALSA20. When connecting using 128-bit AES, the session bandwidth is up to 7Mbps.
To achieve session bandwidths above 7Mbps, 256-bit SALSA20 encryption should be used. SALSA20 256-bit encryption has a lighter load on the server and the PCoIP Zero Client for encryption and decription respectively when compared to 128-bit AES encryption
