How do I update the firmware on my PCoIP device?

The firmware on the EVGA Zero Clients and Host Cards can be updated using 2 different methods:

To download the latest firmware for your PCoIP product visit: www.evga.com/downloads
•    Select the tab labeled Other products
•    Choose PCoIP for Category
•    Select the part number of the product you wish to update
•    Choose Firmware for Type and click Submit

Method 1 (update via Browser)
•    Obtain the IP address from the OSD menu Options > Configuration > Networking
•    Enter the IP of the zero client into your browser to connect to the WebUI of the client
•    Click Login (Please note: If a password has been set by admin, please consult your IT manager for instructions)
•    Choose Upload from the top menu options and select Firmware
•    Click browse and select the .all file located in the firmware folder you downloaded
•    Click Upload and then OK to flash the PCoIP product
•    Wait for the firmware upload to complete. (approx 60 seconds)
•    The following message appears when complete: “Success Flash successfully programmed! You must reset the device for the changes to take effect”
•    Click Reset to reboot the client and finalize the firmware update
•    For Host Card PCoIP products, after clicking Reset, cold boot the workstation to allows the changes to take effect

Method 2 (Update via Management Console)
•    Select Update from the top menu options
•    Choose Update Devices on the Firmware Version you wish to update
•    If no firmware has been imported, select Import Firmware from the left side and import the .all file from the firmware folder.
•    The next screen will show you a list of all PCoIP product firmware versions detected by the MC
•    You can choose to update the PCoIP Products by Firmware version or by group
•    Next you will have the choice to select when you wish to push the firmware update out to your devices
•    Choose the restart options if you wish to reset all clients update immediately or defer the restart to not disconnect users currently working in session
•    Select all devices you wish to update, you can update all or 1 at a time
•    Choose Schedule Update to push the firmware update out to your devices
•    You will see a pop-up window appear, click Close to schedule the firmware update
•    You can now select View Status to see the progress of the firmware update out to your devices
•    Once all devices have finished updating, confirm the clients have been updated under Devices from the top menu
