This techology has been dropped by NVidia.  It would only see ite true potential under very specific, and in a majority of all circumstances, in a LAN aspect, not a WAN.  The baseline throughput on all built on NICs is higher than that of a home internet connection, and also higher than a large majority of corporate grade internet connections.  The management software has not been updated to support windows 7, nor is the technology gaining any additiopnal service or support from NVidia.
