What is the difference between the P55 V with the part # 120-LF-E650-TR and 120-LF-E651-TR

The difference between the EVGA P55 V motherboard with the part number 120-LF-E650-TR and 120-LF-E651-TR is the E651 will support up to 1600Mhz memory and the E650 only supports up to 1333Mhz of memory.  The other specifications are the same.
