Where can I find the RAID and AHCI drivers for my SATA controllers?

The ICH10R and Jmicron drivers are located in the \drivers\RAID folder of the included driver CD.

  • ICH10R directory contains both 32 bit drivers for XP/Vista. The 64 bit drivers are for XP64/Vista.
  • Jmicon directory contains both 32 bit drivers for XP/vista. The 64 bit drivers are for XP64/Vista

Notice: The drivers located in the \driver\JMicron are for AHCI and eSATA support. In addition, XP/XP64 does not support any RAID or AHCI devices natively. If booting to these devices drivers have to be loaded at the F6 prompt during installation for Windows XP/XP64.

Notice: The ICH10R drivers are freely redistributed on our site. However, the jmicron drivers have to be obtained directly from jmicron.
