How do I take and submit a screenshot for tech support

During supporting performance issues, we the tech support may ask you to run a benchmark and send us a screenshot of  your result after the benchmark has finished.  The most common test we will have you run is futuremark 3DMark11. Once the test is finished running you will get a score pop up.  what we will need is a screenshot or a picture of your screen with the benchmark score open and visible for comparison purposes.

Press the  "Prt Scr"  button on your keyboard, that will copy a capture of your present screen to your system clipboard.  Now open your paint program and go to your "edit" tab,  then click on the "paste" option.  At this point you should see the screen capture in your paint program, you can now save the picture as a Jpeg file, and send it to the representatives email that was provided at the time of the request.
