This error generally occurs when the motherboard is attempting to boot from the Nvidia network controller after failing to boot from Floppy, CD-ROM, and Hard Drive. Please make sure to have your peripherals hooked up correctly , boot into BIOS > advanced bios features > be sure 1st boot device is set as CD-ROM > 2nd boot device as HardDisk > disable third and disable boot other devices > F10 to save and exit changes and your system will restart. It should then be able to boot from the appropriate device.
