I got my 680i board and installed Windows Vista, I do not see any options for Firstpacket, NIC teaming, or TCP/IP acceleration.

These features are part of the NVIDIA Network Access Manager (NAM) software. Windows Vista has a different Networking protocols so the NAM software is not compatible.
