Z170 USB drivers will not install/USB 3.0 freezing/All USB freezing in Windows 7

This process will require a fresh installation of Windows 7

1.   Once the computer with the Z170 Motherboard is installed and ready to boot up the first time, having
      just the vanilla load-out should be utilized, that being processor (and cooler), memory, one hard drive (or DDS)
      and one Optical Drive.
2.   Upon boot-up, enter the BIOS.
3.   Validate that the BIOS is version 1.05 or higher. If not, acquire the most current BIOS and install it
      as per  instructions.
4.   Upon the BIOS verified as 1.05 or higher, enter the BOOT tab.
5.   Scroll down and ENABLE Windows 7 Installation.
6.   Save and Exit.
7.   Load Windows 7 64 Bit Ultimate (or 32) as warranted.
8.   Upon completion of loading the operating system, DO NOT UPGRADE it.
9.   Utilize the disk that comes with the motherboard and OPEN it to display the DRIVERS section.
10.  MANUALLY download the following driver: Network LAN (Version 8.5 or higher).
11.  Upon completion you should have an internet connection.
12.  Download the most CURRENT DRIVERS from EVGA in a primary directly called Z170 Motherboard Drivers, which are:
   a.    .NET Driver, Version 45 or higher
   b.    Audio Driver, Version 431 or higher
   c.    Chipset Driver, Version 10.1.1.7 or higher
   d.    Chipset Network Driver, Version 30.100.1519.08 or higher
   e.     Intel HD Graphics (optional)
   f.     Intel ME (optional)
   g.    USB 3.0 Driver, Version 4.0.0.36, or higher
13.  Upon all MOST CURRENT drivers downloaded from EVGA, follow the order of loading of the updated drivers:
   a.    Chipset Driver
   b.    Chipset Network Driver (you will see at the end of the update, a reference to the I/O being updated.
   c.    .NET Driver
   d.    Audio Driver
14.  The LAST UPDATE should be the USB 3.0 Driver, most current version.
       When this update is performed, you WILL LOSE all USB conductivity for approximately 40 seconds to about a minute;
       however the keyboard, mouse and all other USB ports will be fully operation after that.
15.  If the system wants to restart after this, BE SURE TO ENTER THE BIOS upon the RESTART, enter through the BOOT tab
       and DIABLE the Windows 7 Installation. Save and exit.
16.  Load any of the remaining drivers as required or needed.
