The MCU Turbo switch is only used for extreme overclocking, such as when using LN2 for sub-zero cooling.

Enabling the switch will reduce the CPU speed, which can help a highly overclocked CPU successfully POST.

Once the system has booted to Windows, the switch should be disabled to allow the CPU to run at it's full overclock.
