Why can't I move my PCIE Disable switches on my EVGA X99 Classified motherboard?

Please look closely at the switches if you see a slight yellow tint, and depending on your case/shadows over it, ti may look like a glow (coming from the adjacent LED) this means the protective cover is still on the switches and needs to be removed.

The cover is a transparant yellow plastic, and the switches CANNOT be moved with this in place.

 

Below you can see how it is shipped, the upper left corner has already been lifted slightly in this picture, normally it would be flush.

 

Once removed it will look like this (see below) and the switches are now availlable and accessable.
