PCoIP Devices with VMware view:

PCoIP Zero Clients with firmware 3.2.0 or greater support display rotation when connected to VMware View 5.1 or newer virtual desktops. For example, user displays can be set to portrait mode.

Ensure your VM is at hardware version 8. You have to set the rotation on the zero client itself and not in Windows.

Ensure that the version of your SVGA driver is 7.14.1.1080, if it is not reinstall the View 5.1 agent on your VM and power down the VM after installing.

On the zero client in the OSD screen (connect screen) select Options>User Settings>Display Topology and under rotation for the 2nd display select 90 degrees clockwise or 90 degrees counter clockwise rotation.
