Sometimes when installing host software on a PC, the following error message may be displayed:

 

"No PCoIP devices detected. Please ensure the hardware is installed and the Host Driver Function is enabled on the PCoIP Host card prior to installing the software."

 

Cause:

 

This error will appear for the following reasons:

 

1) The PC does not have a PCoIP Host card installed

2) The "Host driver function" checkbox is not checked on the host SW Configuration->Host Driver Function web page.

 

**Must reboot PC and reattempt to install the software.
