This is a connection issue.  This basically indicates that the connection form the monitor to the base is not  secure.  Simply power down the unit, unplug it, remove the monitor portion and reattach it.  Before applying power, or threading it down, make sure the monitor has fully sealed on the base all the way around.  If the connection is skewed, remove it and reseat it again.  Once it is reseated, plug it in and power it up and the issue should be resolved.
