The step-up process is dynamic. The queue can shift drastically one day and seem stagnant the next. There are a number of variables that go into the step-up que time, included but not limited to: Invoice verification, Stock on hand, Testing procedure & subsequent results, people leaving the queue ahead of you, etc. Due to these variables among others there is no way for EVGA to give you an accurate estimate on how long it will take.
When a new product is put on the step-up list the queue can be quite long. We ask that you are patient and assure you we will work as fast as we can to assist all of our customers in a timely fashion.
