If you have screen flickering immediately upon enabling surround before accessing any application. First make sure that the SLI bridge is fully seated. Turn off the system, push the bridge down at all connection points to verify that it is seated properly. Try going through the surround setup again.
If standard SLI is running fine, you are using 2-way SLI, two indentical monitors, and one different monitor, make sure that the two identical monitors are not connected to the same card as we have seen this cause the flickering as well. Make sure the two identical monitors are connected to separate cards and that the one monitor that is different is connected to the primary card.
Verify all monitors are set to the exact same resolution and refresh rate.
