There are 3 CMOS chips on the P55 FTW motherboard.  Two of them are attched to the motherboard and the third one is in a socket with two doors on the top.  They are located and to the  bottom left of the board to the right of the PC speaker.  Using this switch you can change between BIOSes with different settings.
