FAQ

Why do my screens flicker when ever I watch a video or flash when I have my UV's connected?

Last Update: 2019/05/31

First, make sure you have the most recent drivers for the UV+. To do so, uninstall the drivers that came with the disk. Then go to https://www.evga.com/support/drivers/ and select EVGA UV+, UV12/UV16/UV19, your operating system, click download, and then click the red download link and save the file. Install the saved file and test your UV's again.

If the issue persists, try updating your graphics card drivers. Again, be sure to uninstall the previous drivers first. You may have intel graphics/intel extreme graphics media accellerator, ATI, Catalyst, Nvidia drivers, or Nvidia PhysX. After removing the display drivers install the latest off you manufacturers website. Test the UV's again.

Finally, if the issue is still occuring, try adjusting the refresh rate or downing your resolution by right clicking on the desktop, selecting properties, and selecting the right most tab titled "Settings". Click on the advanced button, and go to monitor. Adjust the refresh rate to a higher number if possible.
