When powering up your system the first screen you see with contain the BIOS version.  When this screen comes up press the [Pause|Break] key on your keyboard to freeze the screen.  Once frozen locate the BIOS release number.  The last 3 - 4 digits of this release number will be the BIOS version you are running.
