EVGA InterView screen has one or more lines

1) Perform monitor reset on "Display Reset"

 

2) Auto Adjust via OSD (ON SCREEN DISPLAY)

 

3) Perform monitor self-test feature check and determine if these lines are also in self-test mode

 

  • Self-Test Feature Check (STFC) allows users to check if the monitor works properly.
  • Turn off both your computer and the monitor
  • Unplug the DMS cable from the back of the computer
  • Turn on the monitor 

 

This box appears during normal operation if the video cable becomes disconnected or damaged.

 

  • Turn off your monitor and reconnect the video cable; then turn on both your computer and the monitor.
  • If the power indicator remains amber after using the previous procedure, check your VGA card, cable, and computer system; your monitor is functioning properly.   

 

 

4) Check for bent or broken pins
