Please ensure the following:

1) Ensure power is plugged into the monitor.

2) Ensure the monitor is plugged securely into the computer.

3) Increase the brightness of the monitor using the OSD (On Screen Display)

4) Use the monitor self test feature.

5) Check the monitor cable for bent or broken pins.
