What are the different steps in the EVGA Step Up program?

Before you can submit for the EVGA step-up program your product must first be registered on the EVGA website. To register your product please visit www.evga.com/register Once you are registered follow the steps below for the step-up program.
 
1)     Log into your EVGA member account and visit your view/edit my products page.
2)     Locate the product you wish to step-up
3)     Agree to the terms and conditions of the EVGA step-up program and click the start new step-up button.
4)     On the next page you will enter the price you paid for your product (less tax, shipping, and rebates), select the product you wish to step-up to, and select the shipping option you would like. Once these options are selected click on calculate final cost.
5)     Verify that the information on the next screen is correct then click continue.
6)     You will now be placed in queue for the step-up.
7)     Once the queue is up you will be notified via email to submit your invoice for step-up approval. Step-up approval can take 1-2 business days from the time we receive your invoice.
8)     Once your step-up is approved you will be asked to pay for the step-up through your view/edit my products page.
9)     Payment is verified and an RMA number is issues to send your product into EVGA.
10)Once we receive your original product it can normally take up to 1-2 business days to ship the replacement.
