The EVGA Advanced RMA allows us to ship you a replacement product before we receive your original product just like a Standard Cross-Ship RMA. Where a Standard Cross-Ship RMA requires a full collateral fee, the EAR program only requires a test authorization charge of $1.00 that drops off your credit card within 1-2 business days. As long as you ship back your faulty product within 14 days of receiving it, there will be no further charge to your card.

This program is offered for EVGA products purchased on or after November 1st 2006 and are required to register the product within 30 days of purchase to take advantage of this premium service. The EAR service is only available for purchase 30 days after registration.
