EVGA is going all Crazy Ivan this year with our world famous Scavenger Hunt! We have dropped 10 Ribbons, enough for a person to walk from Greenland to Iceland to Scotland without getting their feet wet, for you to find. Once you get all 10, you will be eligible for one of the greatest prizes we've ever offered - the 007 Mission Experience!

This year's Scavenger Hunt for the Gold Ribbon is no longer a research project. When you see a ribbon, simply click on it and you will asked two direct questions, give direct answers. If you answer them correctly, the ribbon will show as checked. You can check your status on this page at any time through the end of this month when the great Anniversary Ribbon Hunt of 2012 concludes!

This year's grand prize will send 3 lucky winners to Florida for the 007 Mission Experience! A limousine will pick you up from your hotel and take you to an airport. You will fly by helicopter on a tour of South Beach Miami. You will then land to the West in the Everglades for a high performance airboat ride taking in all of the many facets of wildlife. You will then ride the helicopter back to the airport to fly in a 300L Extra stunt airplane! Still not enough you say? The limo will then take you to the Miami Marina where you will travel in an offshore raceboat at speeds over 100MPH! Back at the Marina, the limo will be waiting to take you back to your hotel after a day you will never forget. Travel and accomodations will be paid for by EVGA for one person, three grand prize winners will be selected.

EVGA Scavenger Hunt Official Rules

Requirements to participate:

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.

Eligibility:

You are a registered EVGA User (registration is free through EVGA website)

All employees of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible in participating in the Scavenger Hunt.

Void where prohibited.

All federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

How EVGA Scavenger Hunt Works:

To play, simply go to the main Scavenger Hunt page located at www.evga.com/13/scavenger between July 16, 2012 and July 31, 2012. You will see a special EVGA Scavenger Hunt Ribbon Icon that you will need to locate (10) ten times on various pages throughout the EVGA website. Ribbons will not be placed in the EVGA forums or shopping cart. When you find this icon on a page all you need to do is simply click on it and you will be routed to the question page, it will ask you (2) two questions one about EVGA and one about one of our partners that donated prizes. You will need to answer the questions correctly to be eligible to enter into a drawing to win. Only (1) one entry per person is allowed. The EVGA Scavenger Hunt will run from July 16, 2012, 9:00AM Pacific Time through July 31, 2012, 11:59PM Pacific Time.

You must agree to the terms and conditions before the ribbons will show. Our backend tracking system will track your results based on your name and email address. Every time you find a Scavenger Hunt Icon, all you need to do is click on that icon and correctly answer both questions. When you click submit, the ribbon will show completed if the questions are correct. Remember that you MUST answer all (20) twenty questions correctly. Take your time and browse the site for all (10) ten Decade Ribbon icons.

Selection of Winner:

Winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winners will be selected and posted to the EVGA website on August 3, 2012 by 12:00PM Pacific Time. All decisions are final and binding.

Prizes:

All prizes must be accepted as awarded. The prizes may not be sold, transferred and are not convertible to cash. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be posted on the website. Winners will have until August 17, 2012 11:59PM Pacific Time to claim their prize by contacting: webmaster@evga.com with your email address and the description of what you have won. Prizes will be shipped out via UPS Ground within four to six weeks of the accepted prize claim. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of prize. You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped. EVGA is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to claim prizes.

Winners of prizes valued at an MSRP price of $600 or more will be responsible for all State, Federal and local income taxes, any sales and use taxes, insurance and any other related taxes, fees and charges.

EVGA, agents and representatives of EVGA, its parent companies, sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and  legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of  EVGA that may cause the Scavenger Hunt to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Scavenger Hunt; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Scavenger Hunt. EVGA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Scavenger Hunt at any time.

Limitations of Liability:

By participating in the Scavenger Hunt, each participant agrees to release and hold EVGA and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of EVGA, its parent companies, affiliates, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Scavenger Hunt or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Use of Winner's Name & Information: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to EVGA and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant's name, information, statements, and submitted material for broadcast, print and promotional purposes in connection with the Scavenger Hunt.

Terms from 13th Anniversary EVGA Grand Prize - 007 Mission Experience

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Prizes: Three (3) Grand prizes: A trip for one (1) to race at 007 Mission Experience at Miami, Florida which includes: (a) roundtrip coach air transportation to and from the major airports; (b) One (1) night hotel stay for one (1) person; (c) the 007 Mission Experience includes limousine rides, a helicopter ride, a high performance airboat ride, a raceboat ride; (d) transportation to and from the hotel and the airport as well as to and from the hotel and the 007 Experience.

2. Entry Period: The "2012 EVGA Scavenger Hunt” (the "Contest") commences at 9:00 a.m. (PST) on July 16th, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PST) on July 31st, 2012 (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received by 11:59:00 p.m. (PST) on July 31st, 2012. Any entries received after 11:59:00 p.m. (PST) on July 31st, 2012 shall be void and ineligible for this Contest.

3. Eligibility: The Contest is open to everyone who is at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry. VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.  Employees (and their immediate families) of EVGA Corporation and its affiliated companies are not eligible. By participating in this Contest, entrants (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of EVGA Corporation, which are final in all matters relating to this Contest and (b) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules.

4. To Enter: Go to http://www.evga.com/13/scavenger/ (the "Web Site") at any time during the Contest Period. Participants must be registered with a free EVGA member account.  All Participants must also electronically acknowledge and agree to the terms of EVGA Corporation's Privacy Policy and Term of Use.  All entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be collectively referred to hereinafter as the "Eligible Entries." You may enter only one (1) time, limit one prize per person or household. Incomplete or inaccurate entries are void.  All entries and entry materials become the property of EVGA Corporation and will not be returned.

5. Winner Selection/Notification: Three (3) Prize Winners will be randomly chosen to win the Grand Prize referred to in Paragraph 1 (the "Grand Prize Winners"). One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be chosen from North America, Central America and South America, and one (1) of the Grand Prize Winners will be chosen from Europe, Middle East, Africa, and one (1) of the Grand Prize Winners will be chosen from Asia/Pacific Islands. All Winning Eligible Entries will be posted on the EVGA Corporation Website at http://www.evga.com/13/scavenger/ on August 3, 2012 12:00 P.M. (PST) based on the criteria set forth in Paragraph 4. All decisions related to this Contest are final. EVGA Corporation expressly reserves the right to delay the announcement of the winners for creative or technical reasons or for any other reason EVGA Corporation deems it necessary. Following the announcement of the winners, EVGA Corporation will make a maximum of two (2) attempts to reach each chosen winners via email at the email address provided on his/her online entry form.  The winners will have fourteen (14) days to respond and confirm participation. If a winner is, for whatever reason, unreachable or does not respond within fourteen (14) days, an alternate winner may be selected based on the judging criteria set forth in Paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 from among all remaining Eligible Entries received.

6. Grand Prize (3): The Grand Prize Winners will receive a trip for one (1) to participate in the 007 Mission Experience: (a) full day of events, tentatively scheduled for October 2012 (the "Fulfillment Date"); (b) roundtrip coach air transportation for Grand Prize Winners on or around the Fulfillment Date from a major international airport of EVGA Corporation's choice near Prize Winner's residence to a major international airport of EVGA Corporation’s choosing in close proximity to the Contest Event Airport (Miami, FL); provided, however, if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Miami, FL, ground transportation will be provided in place of air transportation; (c) one (1) night hotel accommodation of EVGA Corporation’s choice for Grand Prize Winners on or around the Fulfillment Date near the Miami, FL; (single room based on single occupancy; meals, telephone calls and other incidentals are not included).  The approximate retail value (the "ARV") of the Grand Prize is $5,000 and is subject to change based on current market conditions at the time of prize fulfillment. Arrangements for the fulfillment of all prizes will be made by EVGA Corporation. With respect to the Grand Prize: No person who is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of primary residence is eligible to win the Grand Prize.  By accepting the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winner acknowledges that the Grand Prize includes certain risks and assumes all liability in connection with such risks. In addition to the Affidavit/Release (as defined below) the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest may be required to execute additional documentation and/or releases provided by the Contest Entities prior to claiming the Grand Prize, including, without limitation a medical release form in a format acceptable to the Contest Entities. Failure or refusal to execute the additional documentation and/or releases provided by the Contest Entities shall be grounds for disqualification and/or forfeiture of the prize.  The Fulfillment Date is tentatively scheduled for October 2012, however, EVGA Corporation reserves the right, and at its sole discretion, to modify the Fulfillment Date to a later date.  If Grand Prize Winner is not available to travel on the dates specified by EVGA Corporation in its sole discretion, then all privileges as Grand Prize Winner will immediately be terminated. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all expenses, fees, taxes and costs not expressly described but not limited, to hotel incidentals, transportation, meals and gratuities.

For all Prizes: No substitution or transfer of the prizes or any portion thereof is permitted, except by EVGA Corporation, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be awarded. The value of the prizes may be taxable to the Winners as income. Upon receipt of a prize, or before if required by law, Winners are required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to their respective prizes. The total ARV of all prizes awarded in this Contest is $15,000.

7. Winner Verification: Each Grand Prize Winner must sign (a) an affidavit of eligibility and (b) a release  releasing EVGA Corporation (collectively, the "Contest Entities") and their respective parent companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, members, affiliated companies and  subsidiaries, from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered in connection with this Contest or the use or acceptance of any prize or any portion thereof to be eligible for the prizes; and (b) except where prohibited, a promotional release granting EVGA Corporation the right to use his or her name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Entry into this Contest constitutes all participants' agreement to sign such releases. Winners must also complete any additional legal documents provided by EVGA Corporation (or third party on its behalf, if applicable) with respect to all prizes and return them as instructed within the timeframe specified by EVGA Corporation. Noncompliance may result in disqualification. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF "EVGA's 13th Anniversary Scavenger Hunt Grand Prize" AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Contest Entities and their respective parent companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, members, affiliated companies and subsidiaries hereby make no warranties and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any service or products provided by any third party in connection with the Contest.

9. Past experience has confirmed that contests and other competitions generate substantially similar submissions or entries which closely resemble concepts and ideas that have been independently developed by EVGA Corporation before or after the Contest. Accordingly, entrants may subsequently see an EVGA Corporation presentation which seemingly incorporates an idea or concept or includes materials similar to that contained in their entries. Any similarity is purely coincidental and unavoidable in light of the volume of ideas which EVGA Corporation routinely considers in the course of its program development. Because of this possibility, entrants hereby agree to submit their entries under the following terms and conditions: (a) that EVGA Corporation may use any ideas, concepts, material, in whole or in part, contained in an entry, (b) that all materials submitted become the property of EVGA Corporation and will not be returned; (c) that all materials submitted are free from any lien or claim by anyone, including, but not limited to any union, guild or performance rights society; (d) entrants have obtained all rights,  permissions and licenses necessary for EVGA Corporation to use the entries for any purpose; (e) that no entry or any part thereof infringes any trademark or copyright or otherwise violates anyone's right of privacy or publicity; and (f) entrants indemnify and hold harmless EVGA Corporation and their respective parent companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, members, affiliated companies and subsidiaries from any claims, suits, losses damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from any breach of the foregoing conditions. Entrants agree to the foregoing and in addition agree to obtain, upon request of EVGA Corporation documentation and releases necessary to prove their unrestricted ownership in all materials contained in their submission and EVGA Corporation's right to use such materials, in whole or in part, without limitation in all media and for any purpose whatsoever without compensation.

10. Severability:  In the event any term, covenant, condition, or other provision stated herein is held to be invalid, void, or illegal, the same shall be deemed severed from the remainder sections of the Official Rules and shall in no way affect, impair or invalidate any other term, covenant, condition, or other provision herein.  If any term, covenant, condition, or other provision herein is held to be invalid due to its scope or breadth, such term, covenant, condition, or other provision shall be deemed valid to the extent of the scope of breadth permitted by law.

11. General Terms: The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.  The Contest Entities assume no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Contest. The Contest Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Contest Entities which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Contest Entities reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on www.evga.com and the prizes may be awarded to winners to be selected from among all Eligible Entries received up until the time of termination. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions by the Contest Entities are final.
