Last Update: 2019/05/31

If you are experiencing issues with your EVGA NU Audio card and are using Windows 7, there are several patch files that will need to be installed to resolve any Windows 7 issues. Before running any of these files, please ensure that any versions of NU Audio software are completely uninstalled from your system first and then reboot.

To download the files, please right-click on the links below and then click "Save As..."

Please download and install these files in the following order:

For Windows 7 (64-bit) versions only

1 - dotNetFx40_Full
2 - NDP451-KB2858728
3 - windows6.1-kb3020369 (64-bit)
4 - windows6.1-kb3125574-v4 (64-bit)
5 - ASMUSBHost_V116261WHQL

For Windows 7 (32-bit) versions only

1 - dotNetFx40_Full

3 - windows6.1-kb3020369 (32-bit)
4 - windows6.1-kb3125574-v4 (32-bit)

Once the correct files are installed, you can then download and install the NU Audio driver software. You can find the most up to date version of that driver software from our EVGA Download Center linked here: https://www.evga.com/support/download/. At the EVGA Download Center, Select Other Products --> Audio Card --> For Part Number Select All --> For Type Select All --> Uncheck Show Latest Driver --> Finally click on Submit. You should now see the list of drivers for each operating system supported.
