Secure Boot is a feature of UEFI BIOSes.  Unfortunately our motherboards released prior to the P67 chipset do not have a UEFI BIOS and thus do not support UEFI.  If your motherobard has a nForce chipset or an Intel P55, H55, X58, or C5520 chipset it will not have a UEFI BIOS.  If it is not a motherboard with one of these chipsets then it will have a UEFI BIOS.
