The most common cause for a code 55 on these boards is connecting a fan to the wrong header. Along the top of the board, there are two CPU fan headers, and a third header named J1 that looks very similar to the CPU fan headers. If you connect a fan to this header, you will get a code 55. Move your fan to one of the correct headers as marked below and you should be able to boot fine.
