that temp is a little too high if the boards not been under a grphics stress test just before you looked at the Nb temp in the BIOS, its a little high even for that.
2 things to do
redo the thermal paste on the NB/SB cooler, make sure the cooler is not bent or not making good contact with the NB and SB chips.
second thing is to add a fan to the NB cooler, its supposed to be a passive design but unless you have really really good airflow in your case a fan on the NB is needed to help the cooling, i have good airflow and i even use a fan on my NB just to be on the safe side. my idle temps for my E759 NB is 40-45 idle, when its been under load i get up into the 50-60's (degrees C).
