Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or misrouted entries and registrations, electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission.

How to Enter: 
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.facebook.com/TEAMEVGA and like EVGA’s Facebook Fanpage if you are already not a fan and visit http://www.facebook.com/Intel and like Intel's Facebook Fanpage.

Then submit an entry form online. Enter the required fields, and click “Submit.” Limit One (1) Online Entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household during the Sweepstakes Period via Online Entry, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different profiles, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the profile used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned a profile by Facebook. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized holder. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is governed by the laws of the United States of America.

Alternative Means of Entry: You may also enter the Sweepstakes by mailing a standard-size postcard with your name and email address to: EVGA/Intel Sweepstakes Entries, 2900 Saturn St. #B, Brea CA 92821. Postcard entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period to be included within the random drawing, and no more than one postcard/email address may be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.

Selection of Winners / Random Drawing: The potential Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about December 16, 2010 through December 25, 2010 from among all eligible entries. Winners will be announced starting on December 16, 2010 and each consecutive day through December 25, 2010. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize: Prizes and ARV are listed on: https://www.evga.com/articles/00601/default.asp.  Prize is awarded without warranty of any kind from Sponsors, express or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. No cash substitute or transfer of prize is available; however, Sponsors may, at there discretion, substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable. Return of any prize/prize notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any potential winner who is not in contact with us or if within 15 days of attempted first notification will forfeit his/her prize. Sponsors at its sole discretion shall reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Sweepstakes if it reasonably believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the drawing by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or abuses, threatens or harassment of any other Participants, Sponsors employees and affiliates.

Use of Winner’s Name & Information: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to Sponsors and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant’s name and information for Broadcast, print and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes.

Limitations of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release Sponsors, and their officers, directors, employees and agencies from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes or their receipt or use of the prize.

No Prize Substitutions: No cash substitute or transfer of prize is available; however, Sponsors may, at their discretion, substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable.
 
Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of prize.

Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees. These Official Rules shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, excluding all conflict of law rules. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with the Sweepstakes are hereby excluded, and all Participants expressly waive any and all such rights.
