Duration of Promotion

This EVGA GeForce^® RTX™ 20-Series PSU Promotion ("PSU Promotion") allows purchasers of a Qualifying Product, as defined below, to receive a one-time discount code good for select power supplies at a fixed price from an EVGA.com Store, as defined below. The EVGA PSU Promotion begins on Friday, November 2, 2018 12:00:00 AM PT and ends on Friday, November 30, 2018 11:59:00 PM PT, or while supplies last.

• All discount code requests must be received no later than Friday, November 30, 2018 to be reviewed for approval.
• Discount code expires seven (7) days after the code is provided to the customer.

Qualifying Products:

• All EVGA GeForce^® RTX™ 2080 Ti Graphics Cards
• All EVGA GeForce^® RTX™ 2080 Graphics Cards
• All EVGA GeForce^® RTX™ 2070 Graphics Cards

Participant Eligibility:

The EVGA PSU Promotion is open to original purchasers of a Qualifying Product in the United States and Canada. One discount code is available per Qualifying Product.

Additional Requirements:

• Participants must be registered and have a valid account at EVGA.com to request a discount code.
• Participants must be eligible to purchase products from www.EVGA.com(“EVGA.com Store”).
• Qualifying products must be purchased from an EVGA authorized reseller, and the registrant must be the original purchaser.

Employees and directors of EVGA, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, distributors, retail dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members or those living in the same household with such individuals, are not eligible to participate in this PSU Promotion. How to Request Your Discount Code:

Discounts are limited to one (1) per person, per Qualifying Product. EVGA is not responsible for Internet submissions not received due to technical/transmission problems beyond its reasonable control, including failure to recognize a valid serial number or proof of purchase. To request the Discount Code:

1. Purchase any Qualifying Product fron an EVGA authorized reseller.
   1. Qualifying Products must be purchased from an EVGA
2. Log in to your EVGA.com account. If you do not currently have an EVGA account, you will need to first create a free account at https://secure.evga.com/US/login.asp.
3. Register your Qualifying Product at https://www.evga.com/support/register.asp
4. After registering your Qualifying Product, upload a copy of your proof-of-purchase at https://www.evga.com/support/upload.asp
   1. Participants that have purchased a Qualifying Product from an EVGA.com store from the same EVGA account are not required to upload a proof of purchase
5. Visit the PSU Promotion landing page at https://www.evga.com/articles/01268/
6. Scroll down to see your registered Qualifying Product, and select your choice of power supplies from the available list.
7. After the previous steps are completed, click the button to receive the discount code.
8. The discount code will be located on the https://www.evga.com/articles/01268/. To use the discount code, add-to-cart the power supply you selected from any EVGA.com store. During the checkout process, you will have an option to enter a Code prior to completing the purchase. After entering the code, your power supply will be adjusted to reflect the promotional price.

Alternative Availability:

This promotion is also available in a variety of bundle purchases for customers that have not yet purchased a Qualifying Product or are not eligible to receive a discount code, as defined above. These bundles may be found at https://www.evga.com/articles/01268/. The bundles consist of one EVGA GeForce^® RTX™ 20-Series graphics card and one select power supply. Bundles will become available on Friday, November 2, 2018 12:00:00 AM PT and will end on Friday, November 30, 2018 11:59:00 PM PT, or while supplies last. Availability will depend on the concurrent availability of both the featured graphics card and select power supply. Purchasing one of these bundles will not grant eligibility for a discount code, nor is a discount code needed to purchase these bundles.

General Conditions and Limitations:

The EVGA PSU Promotion will provide eligible participants with a discount code to use on specific power supply models from an EVGA store. This discount code is a one-time use only code. One (1) discount code per person, per Qualifying Product. Discount code only good for one (1) power supply, per order. The discount provided does not apply to shipping costs nor any federal, state, local, or provincial taxes or fees that may be added during the Checkout process.

This discount code may only be used on new purchases, and may not be retroactively applied to purchases from an EVGA store prior to the beginning of the PSU Promotion period; similarly, this discount code may not be retroactively applied to purchases during the PSU Promotion period or prior to the discount code’s expiration date due to the customer’s failure to use this discount code during purchase. Discount code expires 7 (seven) days after selecting your choice of power supplies, or after using the code to purchase a product on an EVGA store; whichever comes first. Once used, the code becomes void; if an order using a code is cancelled or refunded, restoration of the discount code shall be at the sole discretion of EVGA.

Products available for purchase using this discount code include EVGA SuperNOVA 1600 T2, 1000 GQ, and 650 G1+ power supplies. Availability of these power supplies will depend upon the actual availability of power supplies at each EVGA.com store. EVGA makes no guarantee that any particular power supply will be available or in stock at a particular EVGA store during the PSU Promotion period or prior to the discount code’s expiration date. The discount code’s duration will not be extended, nor “rain-checks” given, if a particular power supply is unavailable at an EVGA store while the code is still valid.

All federal, state, local, and provincial taxes and fees on the discount codes offered, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the participant. There are no substitutions or transfers of codes allowed, no cash alternative offered, except at the sole discretion of EVGA. By requesting a discount code, each PSU Promotion entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify EVGA and each of its affiliates, parent companies, directors, officers, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of entrant's participation in this PSU Promotion, and/or the receipt, use, or misuse of the discount code provided herein. By participating in this PSU Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions and the decisions of EVGA. All disputes concerning this promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, rule and regulations of the State of California. EVGA reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify the EVGA PSU Promotion if, at its sole discretion, it determines that for any reason the EVGA PSU Promotion is not capable of running as originally planned, fraud, technical failures, printing, mailing or distribution errors, or any other unanticipated causes or occurrences have compromised the integrity of the EVGA PSU Promotion. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVGA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE PSU PROMOTION, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR OR GENERAL USE OR PURPOSE.
