Shipping |
All orders placed after 3PM PST will be shipped out on the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, except holidays. So, a package ordered
after 3PM on a Friday will not ship out until the following Monday. Also, deliveries can only be made during the aforementioned business days. Saturday delivery is not available. This means an order shipped with Next Day Air on Friday will arrive on the next business day, which should be the following Monday, unless it is a holiday weekend, in which case, the next non-holiday business day.
Also, EVGA currently employs both UPS and Fedex Shipping.
At the time of your shipment, we will choose the shipping
company most suited to complete shipment of your order.
EVGA is not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees for receiving a product outside of the US.

| Billing/Shipping Address |
A customer may ship an order to an address different from the billing address, however, to be able to process the order successfully, the billing address must be verifiable through the credit card company, which is explained below.

| Address Verification |
In order for us to verify your address, a $1.00 charge and
void may appear in your credit card statement. This results
in a net charge of $0.00 and you should not be incurred
any additional charges. This is required to verify your
billing address. If you have any problems with
this transaction, please contact our Accounting Department
at 888-881-EVGA (3842) option 3 Monday through Friday between
the hours of 9AM-5:30PM PST.

Typographical Errors |
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical
error or error in pricing or product information, EVGA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
placed for products listed at the incorrect price. EVGA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such
orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has
already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, EVGA shall immediately issue a
credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Return Policy |
There are several different categories that product returns fall into. These are
unopened returns, opened returns, and defective product returns pre orders and
promotional items will have their own return policies that will be made available
for those items. Each of these categories have slightly different requirements
and characteristics.

| Refund
on Unopened Merchandise (within first 30 days only) |
Within the first 30 days of your receipt of the product, we will fully refund
you for any non-clearance or non-promotional unopened item for any reason (shipping
fees not included).
You will be responsible for the return shipping of non-defective products.
You must have an RMA number to return your product. RMA numbers are good for only
14 days after they are issued.
You will be credited with your refund within 5 business days of us receiving your
returned product.

on Opened Merchandise (within first 30 days only) |
Within the first 30 days of your receipt of the product,
we will fully refund you for any non-clearance or
non-promotional opened item for any reason (shipping
fees not included).
You will be responsible for the return shipping of
non-defective products.
Items must be in "as-new" condition,
in original packaging and with all warranty cards,
manuals, and accessories. There will be a 15% restocking
fee applied to all opened returns.
You must have an RMA number to return your product.
RMA numbers are good for only 14 days after they are
issued.
You will be credited with your refund within 5 business
days after receiving your returned product.

Defective Product Returns |
EVGA stands behind all of its products and offers the following remedies for defective products.

Refund on Defective Products (within first 30 days only)
|
Within the first 30 days of your receipt of the product,
we will fully refund you for any defective item for any
reason (shipping fees included).
EVGA will pay for UPS Ground return shipping, any other
shipping type used will be the responsibility of the customer.
All defective items are tested
upon receipt. If a product is returned as defective
tests otherwise, the customer will be held responsible
for the shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee - just
as if the item were an Opened Return.
You must have an RMA number to return your product. RMA
numbers are good for only 14 days after they are issued.
You will be credited with your refund within 5 business
days of us receiving your returned product if the card is
less than 30 days old.
EVGA does not do cross-shipping.

Replacement
(available for 1 year after purchase)

EVGA will replace a defective product with an identical
model (or newer substitute, at our discretion).
EVGA will pay for UPS Ground return shipping, any other
shipping type used will be the responsibility of the customer.
