These are server rules that apply to all EVGA Gaming servers. By playing on our servers you agree to the following rules.

Server Rules
1. No negative behavior directed towards other members. Regardless of your age, we ask that you try and be mature and set a good example for gamers on the server. Comments or remarks resulting in, but not limited to, blatant racism, vulgar language, or targeting another player will not be tolerated.
2. No cheating, hacking, glitching, etc. Keep the game play fair and fun for everyone.
3. No team stacking. Server or admin scramble/auto-balance will be done if necessary.
4. No excess microphone or chat spamming. If you have to carry a conversation with a friend that does not pertain to gameplay, please do so privately.
5. No offensive/nude sprays on the servers.
6. Any form of team killing or disruptive play will not be allowed.
7. Impersonation of a server admin will result in immediate dismissal from the server.
8. You will be warned once; if your behavior persists you will be dismissed from the server.

Team Fortress 2
1. You may trade items in game as long as you are actively playing. EVGA will not be responsible for any transactions that occur; you take full responsibility for all trades that you make.
2. Selling/buying items using other forms of payment, such as cash or Paypal, is not permitted on the server.

Battlefield Bad Company 2
1. All EA Rules of Conduct apply.

Voice Chat Servers (Mumble/Teamspeak 3)
1. Inappropriate or offensive avatars are not allowed.
2. Excess microphone spamming,text spamming,or poke spamming is not allowed.
3. All general rules apply here as in game.
