Bad CPU, video cards, and memory are not part of the problem but can cause similar problem to some of the simptons.
What happens is first a slight studer in a game or benchmark. The next step is your stable video card settings are no longer stable. But you can move the card to another system and it with at your normal stable settings. Your system will further degrade from here until it is almost unuseable.
Cause: Currently unkown. Believed to be 191.07 affecting nvidia/nf200chipset.

I even stripped my drivers down.... I hope to search this through tonight .... Getting very frustrated... Are you in a game... Have it quickly stop ... go to a black screen with some Nvidia error saying it stopped or could not connect or? That is what is happening to me... ALL games... even Multi Player COD 4. I was running the 222... Just a few moments ago I switched to 225.. and set the factory PCI setting of 128 to 4096.... Not sure that will help, but I did it anyway!

I got my version of 191.07 WHQL off of Nvidas web site. I don't know if that was a bad Version and others were good but I would avoid 191.07 and use an earlier version.
Everything may start out looking good with out any problems. I was slowly working my benchs up to the mid 43s in Vantage then the next morning all I could do was 27s.and it got worse from there. The 295+s have been checked on a different computer and they are working normaly. My 275 has also failed on the E759 but not on the E758.
The problem only is known to cause problems with NF200 chip and 191.07 drivers.
It does not matter what Nvidia video card you have or what OS you are using.
This problem starts out a a down clocking of your stable video card setting and gets progressivly worse until constant crashes at stock speeds. Cooling does not matter 2 of my cards have never been over 50c and the other is stock cooled.
The problem does not travel with the video cards.
And some accounts of those with no problem.

I am stumped... after updating to the 191.07 drivers from the 190.38 drivers, i started crashing in every game and OCCT but passing furmark and 3dmark vantage.
Went down to 190.38 and same thing happened...
Then back down to 186.18 and same thing except some games dont crash but others are do. Its not the OC as i tried stock settings. Its not the card OC either since ive tried everything from 648-774core and different shader and memory clocks too.
before updating to 191.07 i didnt have this problem. Iride had a similar problem where he found it was his PCIE lanes. However our cases might be different as he would crash in the 3dmark vantage tests and I didnt.
In OCCT, while doing the GPU tests, it would crash always between 90sec-110secs of the test running. however it would pass no problem on 3 hours of furmark. Cant be temps either since these cards are WCed maintaining a max load temp of 46c. I also ran GPU mem test on OCCT with no problems and errors.
im quite about ready to switch to the red devils....
anyone have any ideas on what could the problem be.
Btw, crashing in CoD4, crysis. But fine in Assassins creed, RA3, CoD5.
