            Though it may seem as though EVGA has only sent ~10 cards out, I promise I waited in lots of lines to get these ;)

              Well, yesterday turned out to be a sucky day.  After doing the mock ups (pictures above) I decided to give it a shot with 6 cards.  Mostly just to get a few 3dmark runs out of it since I highly doubt that adding another card would make a massive difference.

              So I pulled all the cards, and primed the system.  Immediately lost about 200mL out of the twin connect.  Killed the pump, checked for where the leak was.  Saw nothing but water coming from around the seals.  Pulled the twin connect off and saw that the gaskets didnt line up with the waterblocks, so I flipped the twinconnect around and tried again.  No leaks this time.  Put the cards back on the waterblocks, tested again, no leaks.  Installed everything, tested again, no leaks.  Plugged the pump into the 850W PSU in the case (was using a 400W noname for priming), blows the fuse :/  So I called AquaComputer up and explained what happened.  First, they said that someone must have screwed up the delrin twinconnect.  The guy apologized profusely and said he would put another on in the mail.

               For the pump, aparently, some higher wattage PSUs output too much for the pump to handle.  He recommended filling the molex ribbon with devices (who the hell uses devices requiring molex?) and I explained I only had the pump and the Aqueros to hook up to them, so he said try using a lower wattage PSU.  Eitherway, a new PCB for the pump went out in the mail as well.  Bad day for the Hashcat box :(

                Yep, box is located at home in my "computer room".  Futon is there for extended periods for lockup for testing etc.

                  Well, up and running now.  Pump was swapped out with an Eheim 1262 (900GPH), changed fans to Yate Loon somethings (88CFM@2k RPM), and redid some tubing.  Unfortunately windows doesnt want to boot with 7 cards in, and its too much of a hassle to take one out just to run 3dmark (dont know that it would make a difference anyway since after 3 sli + physx I'd still be wasting 3 cards).

                                            That watercooling loop is poor. One card gets cool water but each card after that is going to get warmer and warmer water as the loop passes through the cards. Right?

                                                  I'm not sure exactly what the loop is but if it was made properly you would have a high velocity pump with one side of the rail flowing into each card of smaller diameter, and out of each card at the same diameter into the other side of the rail where they're shot out at an equal velocity to the intake...

                                                  intake rail   -->   ======================
                                                  feeds each card  1      1     1     1       1      1     1

                                                  exhaust card       1    1     1     1       1      1      1
                                                  rail exit                =====================  --->

                                                  if that makes sense.  otherwise looping from a to b to c to d to e to f to g would overheat g before it even starts to process work.

                                                    The water in the loop is at almost an equilibrium through the whole loop. The difference in water temp from card 1 to card 7 would vary by at most .4C if even that high of a number.

                                                    This build is insane. And looks very costly. Is that the MORA 2 with 120mm fans or 140's?

                                                      the water holds more than 10 times heat than equivalent air, it has the capacity for absorbing the heat its not a problem because its flowing through the loop at a fast rate. the important factor here is the length and efficiency of the radiator

                                                          Im also wondering what kind of motherboard is used for that and Im surprised that the guys who made fastra didnt build something like this with the 580's yet!

                                                          It's this one :)

                                                          nice, never knew they had such a thing

                                                          now how did OP get his to find in a tiny little antec lanboy air?
