Nothing like smoking a turkey in 8" of snow.  I love it because I crack the window in my office to let the cool 12*F air in to cool my folding rigs and I catch a hint of apple wood as it wafts in the window.
I love smoking turkeys but they are hard to keep lit  happy thanksgiving 111065
