But if we talk about Customer Support i am a bit (hmm) to dumb doin it right way. If i look in Europe Page i see a Phone Number but what it costs me to call? Nothing written.....if i choose Support Ticket ...i get RMA.
And write some in English costs me 10 minutes minimum and anyway all is spelled wrong.........

You can always use Google Translate http://translate.google.com/ if you don't have an English-German dictionary handy. And since the EU phone support number starts with 49 I am assuming they will speak German.

I'm annoyed, they said that registering (I had my invoice uploaded) was all you had to do... now I'm concerned I won't get a key for my 580 due to not knowing I had to be quick on the button to "request" a code that was advertised as coming with the card and that everyone was told just required card registration to obtain. I feel sorry for the people who bought two getting shafted on the one/customer silliness... you're paying full price for two cards still.

Am I the only one who gets these emails when I register something?

The status for my code has been "Waiting for Approval" since this morning.
 
Do they really have someone going through all code requests? I mean why can't they just give us the code after product registration without any other prodecures?

I just registered my EVGA GTX570. How long does it take for any confirmation with a key for 3D Mark 11 to arrive in my inbox?

Now i got the right Man on Phone in Germany, he helps me out with upload the Invoice.
He got the nice Idea to take Photo with Mobile of invoice and send via E-Mail to him so he can upload it for me-----Sweeet !
He also call me back thats all done and i must only wait a bit to get my Serial.....
 
So i must now take back my words from past.....and say again EVGA got nice Customer Support!

The process takes a little while because EVGA checks validity of each request. Make sure you always upload your receipt.

That's kinda retarded. If i give my brother (who lives in the same house as me) some cash then he buys me a 2nd card but registers it to his EVGA account then i get 2 3Dmark11 keys. Or i could even make 2 EVGA accounts and go under a different name and i'd get a second code.
 
So many loop holes. Why not just make it 1 code per card...
What if i wanted to put 3dmark11 on a seperate build to my main machine?? 'Ridiculous' thats the only way to describe this BAD decision.

Yes there has always been exceptions for those willing to cheat the system, and purger themselves to seek something they know they do not deserve, the ones with ethics and morals, follow the rules, those that don't, get two copies, or become congresman. I belive the point of limiting it was to share the wealth, and allow more people to get copies, But I also see your point, as a second copy for you is so much more important than letting someone get a copy that doesn't have one, after all, they could always pick up a copy from Ebay, from someone that got two. You know throughout life you could follow the same phylosphy, and pay less taxes. Why should you have to pay for roads, bridges, unemployment, or food stamps for those that can not, or will not work. You can also save a boat load, in life, by not going to church, or by holding out on your tithe, it's not like God needs the cash. And don't get me started on that feed the hungrey , salvation army scam, crap !

It's all about the money, as always.  I don't BLAME them, they are a company and companies want to make money, but it's kinda sleazy. Basically you're being cut out of a $20 item because they put a little fine-print loophole for themselves to not have to provide part of the package to anyone who pays for more than one (rolleyes).

Got my code for free 3d mark 11 and put it i the validation window at 3d mark website. Says my code is not valid, anyone else having this problem?

Try and Use the cut and paste function,( CTRL V, CTRL C ) that way you know there are no typo's IE: 0=O ,8=B, Q=O, I=1.

already requested my key for this app but it was declined due to incorrect serial I have now deleted old serial on register page and added it again as a new product How do I reapply to get 3DMARK11

Ok I got mine by downloading the free version, then putting my registration key in after I opened up the  free 3d mark program on my computer. It automatically upgraded to the advanced version.

after you guys have requested your 3dmark 11 edition,,how long is it taking to recieve it??i requested mine 2+ days ago with invoice uploaded,recieved confirmation email that says its in motion but no further response......bought all evga products from newegg. 

I didn't realize I had to upload my invoice (or even know that you could or how to do that) when I made the request 10 minutes ago.
 
I followed the instructions and have uploaded it now.  Will it be a problem that I uploaded my invoice after making a request for the code?
