Ok, here is my first run on Performance settings.  This edition really looks cool, but it is definitely much harder on your PC.
 

We really have to upload our invoices??? Cmon EVGA the serial # should have been enough, and why were we not told before hand we would have to do all this? GEEEEZZZZ!!! yes, yes you do. It proves you did not just go out and register a friends or a graphics card that was sitting on the shelf.

They should have said there's a limit of one per customer and that you must upload your invoice before hand. That is important information. Invoices uploaded. Waiting for key.

when you register the card (which you should have done as soon as you got it) it tells you to upload an invoice in your email.
So they do, do that.

go view your products... then when you click to view details of that card, there's a place to upload invoice... do it there.
 
then go back and request key. hope that helps you.

If your valid invoice was uploaded, it was most likely declined because one of the following items was missing from the invoice: Your name and address, place of purchase, date of purchase, EVGA part and quantity. Please reply to this email if you have any questions, or with an updated copy of your invoice
 
So now i send a screen with my guarantee card , hope thats help. But my camera from laptop makes very very low quality screenshots:(

I uploaded invoice and got accepted instantly.  No issues.

i have the same issue. uploaded my invoice the first day i bought the card. and, i got this email.

how am i supposed to upload an invoice??? I bought my 580 when I walked into a retail shop here in Canada.  All I have is a physical receipt.
 
 

You can scan it into a jpg file and upload it, or you can take a picture of it and upload it.

Same thing here I  have buy 3 card, GTX 580 Black OPS, it cheap only one code ...

ya i took a picture of the receipt and i also wrote my name and address and phone number on it to verify its mine.  I dont know what else I can really do.  

so i am waiting for accept.....

Got my Product Key Code va the link to the promotion (Both Cards Registered and Invoice uploaded a long time ago). The instructions on the promo page don't seem to jive with what I'm seeing.....thier is nothing at all to do with 3D MK11 showing up on either of my 580 Product pages?
Am I missing something here? Seems clunky, in the past any promotions simply showed up under My Products....
