evga scanner benchmark test

Hi,i have the gtx 460 768 mb sc and when i do a 30 sec benchmark test at stock settings(763/1526/1900) i have a score of 296 but at 838/1676/2065 my score is still 296.should i keep my stock setting or keep the OC setting? thanks!!

The scanner benchmark is broken in my opinion. It provides very inconsistent results. Pay it no attention and use a stable overclock for more performance.

are you refering to OC scanner? If so if its stable at the overclocked setting i would use that

ty_ger07 The scanner benchmark is broken in my opinion. It provides very inconsistent results. Pay it no attention and use a stable overclock for more performance. It's weird,when i set the power draw delay to 0 i jump my score from 296 to 1103 (858/1716/2080) with no artifacts for a 15 min test,maximum temp 69C

Oh Ty_Ger07 was talking about the old test feature which told you if you were stable or not, by guessing. Congrats on the oc tho! try pushing it a little more or run the test longer

ah maybe raise the voltages up a bit? I would let it sit for 1 or 2 hours in the OC scanner just to be sure with a overclock like that.

babyballa ah maybe raise the voltages up a bit? I would let it sit for 1 or 2 hours in the OC scanner just to be sure with a overclock like that. i can't raise the voltage in precision,can we use msi afterburner with evga cards??

BG1978 babyballa ah maybe raise the voltages up a bit? I would let it sit for 1 or 2 hours in the OC scanner just to be sure with a overclock like that. i can't raise the voltage in precision,can we use msi afterburner with evga cards?? btw,my voltage is 0.975
