So I'm just wondering, do all free copies of Borderlands 2 come with the premiere club membership?  I couldn't find the answer and would like to know if this holds true.

But let me just tell you Hazman The Great....Before I ever touched Borderlands, I was a doubter, a nay sayer, whatever you want to call it....Then as soon as I started putting some hours into the game, wow!!!  What a freaking awesome game!  Its especially fun if you have 4 players co-op because more enemies spawn, and they get harder....oh yeah, the graphics and characters are NOT SUPPOSED to be serious....like the whole game is basically a bunch of jokes and laughs....so after putting a few hours in, I realized they purposely made the graphics mediocre and focused more on the gameplay, jokes, humor aspects....No its not going to push your new GTX 670 to the limit....but pick this game up and guaranteed you'll have some fun with friends!

Cool that is nice to know that its a fun game with friends. I do doubt some games by graphics,  reading reviews, and reading a glimpse of the story line to the game.  I will give it a try like at a friends house or something to see if its my kind of style.

Borderlands was one of my favorite games. I am very much looking forward to this.

Wow. They should of left it like that. Looks way better. How it looks now reminds me of a sketch book for some reason. If you catch my drift.

I kind of liked the cell shaded graphics of Borderlands.  it gave it a nice colorful splash.
 
Its a good thing since we will all remember borderlands for its aesthetics and loot whoring.  To the sea of **** brown, red, black, grey color pallet of games this generation.

I played the original borderlands, zombie island ect. and that's what it looked like when I played it, It was the full version not alpha or beta.

Its the style, the gameplay, the humor, the co-op action....Have you played any of the Diablo games before?  Its very similar and you know how many people play Diablo games
 
Like I said earlier, I was a doubter and nay sayer myself of this game....it just looked stupid and retarded....but I ended up buying it during Steam summer sale 2011....and boy was I wrong....You're just gonna have to give it a try to see for yourself

I thoroughly enjoyed the game, fast paced and in a lot of ways completely absurd.  I remember a tooltip on a Shotgun "Holy **** it shoots rockets!"  Literally it said it profanity and all.  Ever wanted a fully auto rocket launcher that fires three rockets at a time, explodes, then lights the guy on fire with napalm, well, Borderlands has that kind of stuff.  Honestly, the only downside I found in the game, was it was kinda easy.  But easy or not, I spent likely a 1/3 of my game time Berzerking, with my character snarling and grunting as I punched people to death, and laughing maniacally.
I don't know if you are a long time gamer, but it has a similar appeal to the old DOS shooter ROTT (Rise of the Triad) so over the top it's funny.
 
This is NOT a serious shooter in any way, nor is it tactical.  It's a fast paced mindless bloodbath.  If you want a shooter that makes you laugh, this is a great one for that.  If you are into the realism type games like BF3, MW3 (I understand they are not realistic, but that's kinda their marketing) or especially Arma2, and not into games with a sense of humor, then it probably is not for you.

I have Borderlands + all the DLC for it on Steam, I have borderlands + all the DLC on PSN.

Its an FPS game with Dungeon Crawler style loot drop system. 

Cool you guys make me want to play it now. Ya I am a long time gamer. Been playing games since I was 5. I am up for comedy stuff in the game. The type of comedy I heard was sarcastic humor. I am into realistic games like shooters and racing mostly but you make it sound pretty neat. Since so many people are hyped up about it, it must be good. Well I said that about Diablow and it was horrible. A freind was explaining to me about the co-op and how fun it is. I am going to wait tell he buys it then play it at his house. The only thing that bothers me even thou I have not played it is the cartoonish sketch book graphics. At least they now have physX to it.

The screen shots posted aobve, with the realistic character models....if that actually made it onto the final product of Borderlands....IT WOULD NOT be the same....the whole point of Borderlands is the goofy character models and cartoon-ish style....don't let the graphics bother you....I know you really want to flex those GTX 670s, heck I would too
