Starting a new SR-X build

just wanted to know (yeah im new to EVGA) i'm building a SR-X box and it seems i'm going to be waiting 1-2 month(s) before i get my 2nd CPU for the system (love the fact australia never keeps stock) and wanted to know are there any problems with the system using with 1 CPU in the system with the specs below (i know about only being able to use 8 memory slots for 1 cpu) but what else am i over looking? also what PSU will support both graphics cards and all the optional power connections on SR-X? thanks for your help david SYSTEM BUILD (WIP) EVGA SR-X Motherboard 2x Intel XEON E5-2687W 12x Kingston 8GB 1600Mhz DDR3 (KVR16R11D4/BHC ) 2x Kingston 480G SSD Now Corsair 1200W PSU Creative Sound Blaster Recon3D Fatallty 4 x 2TB Seagate Constellation HDD Xigmatek Elysium Black & Silver Case

My mods rigs may give you some ideas on how to connect all optional power to your SR-X. Good luck with the build! :)
